[PC] Puzzle Agent 2 (2011)

How:
Got with the Humble Weekly Sale: Telltale Games.
Pros:
- Immersive, creepy atmosphere
- The amusing dialogues, funny characters and excellent writing never let the interest down
- The hand-drawn graphics and fitting music contribute to create a unique game experience
- Several scripted sequences bring about a cinematic feel to the game
- Excellent voice acting
- Compelling mystery
Cons:
- Some puzzles are extremely easy, and in general they are quite repetitive
- Too linear, the game basically tells you where to go and what to do

[PC] Quantumnauts (2010)

How:
Bought both Quantumnauts games from the official website after playing Oz Orwell.
Note:
Played the Italian version.
Pros:
- Nice puzzles
- Nice story and setting
- Cut-scenes have good quality
- I have a weak spot for this graphical style
- Some cool situations (e.g. the talking statues near the end)
- Gameplay never gets boring or monotonous
- Some red herrings
- The game actually manages to get funny once the player realizes it is meant to be a comedy
Cons:
- Many typos and grammatical errors even in the original language (Italian)
- Text is too small and difficult to read
- The main character often stands in front of interactive objects, must move him away all the time
- Animations are not smooth at all
- No sound effects
- Some annoying pixel hunting (e.g. the crack in the cave)
- Very slow navigation
- Missing descriptions with most actions
- Humor is sometimes out of place

[PC] Teenagent (1995)

How:
Got for free automatically in my GOG account when signing up.
Pros:
- Nice and moderately challenging puzzles
- Some good red herrings
- Very nice animations and pleasant graphics
- Very good sense of humor
- Fun setting and immediate gameplay
Cons:
- A couple of illogical puzzles (e.g. using a pinecone to create a dart, using a ribbon to straighten up fork prongs)
- The inventory tends to clutter up

[PC] Puzzle Agent (2010)

Pro:
- Lo stile grafico è molto ben riuscito
- I puzzle si integrano abbastanza bene nella storia
- Alcuni puzzle sono abbastanza impegnativi
- Ottimo doppiaggio
- Storia avvincente e misteriosa
- Riesce a mettere a disagio rimanendo comunque simpatico e spiritoso
- Ci sono puzzle opzionali
Contro:
- Il sistema di interazione a "sonda" non è granché
- Il journal è vago e non serve praticamente a niente
- Un paio di puzzle non sono chiarissimi
- Il finale è troppo improvviso e il mistero è lasciato inspiegato, ma forse significa che ci sarà un altro episodio...

[Amiga] Operation Stealth (1990)

How:
My father bought the original game for the Amiga when I was a kid. Never finished it due to a buggy disk, then one day I reminded its existence and immediately set out to emulate and play.

Pros:
- Great graphics and good music
- Some interesting puzzles
- Potentially interesting story, nice setting
Cons:
- The game soon shows its weak sides in the story and writing
- Unnecessarily complicated and unclear action system
- Too many (difficult and annoying) arcade sequences completely spoil the fun
- Puzzles are generally based on illogic actions or finding hidden crucial items without any hint on their importance
- Plenty of dead-ends
